Returns/Exchanges

Here at Pinboss we take pride in creating the best quality pinball products on the market, but we do understand, returns happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will take care of it!  The steps for hassle free returns/exchanges for domestic and international are as follows:

  1. Login into your account and navigate to the orders page.
  2. Click ‘request refund/exchange’ located under actions.
  3. Fill out the required fields on this form, click ‘submit’.
  4. Please update the tracking information through your account page when ready to ship the item back to avoid any delay in the refund/ exchange process.

If you did not make an account and checked out as a ‘guest’, please request your exchange/return via our contact us page and we will get the process started for you.

We will update the status of your request via email, you can also check the status through your account.

When we receive the return, the amount of the refund will be credited back to the payment method used at time of purchase.

Here at PinBoss, we expect our products to last, so we offer our customers  hassle free 90 day returns on all products. However, if the 90 days have passed and you run into an issue such as a manufacturing defect, we will still honor exchanges on a case by case basis. Send us an email and we will be happy to help!
